Shipping & Delivery Policy

πŸ“¦ Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same business day (Mon–Fri) once payment is received.

  • Occasionally, dispatch may be the next working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Some items may ship directly from our suppliers. In these cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at no extra cost to you.


🌍 Delivery Regions

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand – North Island, South Island, Stewart Island, Waiheke Island.

    • For other islands (e.g., Chatham, Great Barrier), delivery can be made to a mainland ferry terminal or your nominated shipping agent.

  • Australia – delivery is available to all states and territories.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand

  • North Island Urban: 1–3 working days

  • North Island Rural: 3–5 working days

  • South Island Urban: 1–3 working days

  • South Island Rural: 3–5 working days

Australia

  • Metro Areas: 5–10 working days

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 7–14 working days

Please note: all timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, rural delivery routes, customs clearance (Australia), or unforeseen events outside of our control.

  • Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Australian Customs.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.


πŸ›‘ Damaged or Missing Items

Your order is covered by transit insurance. To ensure a smooth claims process:

  • Please inspect your parcel before signing for it. By signing, you confirm it has been received in good condition.

  • If you notice damage to the packaging or contents, note this with the courier and contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Keep all packaging, labels, and damaged items, as the courier may need to collect them for inspection.

  • Replacements will be issued once the courier’s claim process is completed.
