Refunds & Returns Policy

Change of Mind
We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: return shipping for change of mind is at your expense.


Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund—regardless of our 30-day policy.


Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty under the CGA)

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind, but will be refunded if faulty under the CGA.


Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Shipping
Please contact us at info@bloodlinegear.co.nz before returning any items.
We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

  • If your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
