Grand quality, might have a bit of lycra in the mix, stretchy and comfy , long, Iam 173cm, I pull up the xtra like socks. Improved my back of the van , minus 5oc nights with kathmandu " Antarctic " goose down bag ( entry level good bag) Washed up good, used wool wash liquid. Would not be with out it
